The registration fee and book fee must be paid at the time the application is filed. (The registration fee is not refundable whether the child enters school or not.)

 

The first payment of each school year must be paid in advance before the first day of school and is due the first week of every month thereafter.  No refunds will be made for a partial month.

 

Tuition is our only means of paying teachers, providing services, etc.  For this reason, a child whose payments are more than 30 days behind may be asked to withdraw from school.  Tuition payments must be current in order for a child to receive his or her report card (every 6 weeks in K5 – 6; quarterly in grades 7 – 12) or for records to be transferred to another school.

 

All tuition for day care is on a weekly basis and MUST BE PAID DURING OR BEFORE THE SAME WEEK SERVICE IS RENDERED.

 

Day Care fees are to be paid days (or weeks) that the child is absent.  Teachers must be paid, food prepared, and utilities and supplies available whether your child is present or not.  There are a limited number of openings in each day care class, and fees must be paid in order to maintain your child’s position.

 

Each child is allowed 5 vacation days per calendar year.  Parents must notify THE OFFICE when they plan to use their vacation days.  Also, parents are expected to pay for days when we are forced to close due to weather (snow days).
